What would make your workplace better?
When I used to work, I hated it that a thermostat in someone else's office controlled most of the floor. That meant the guy who weighed 300 pounds and sweated all the time made it freezing cold and I had to wear my winter coat at times. It's so hard to work when your fingers are too cold to type.
